Using Horseshoe Throwdown
These terms govern use of the game and community operated by Horseshoe Throwdown. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Account registration is currently available to people age 13 or older, subject to any higher minimum required where you live. Pit Chat messages require a signed-in account and an affirmative answer that you are 18 or older. Tournaments require an account; casual play is also available to guests. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Do not submit another person’s information without permission.
Your account
Use an email you control and keep your credentials private. Do not share verification codes or impersonate other people. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Respect the game and its players
Follow the Pit Chat rules. Do not exploit the service, evade access restrictions, disrupt matches, publish unlawful content or interfere with other players.
The operator may remove content or restrict accounts for violations, abuse or security reasons. You may ask for a review through Contact.
Content and ownership
You retain rights you hold in your submitted content and grant permission to display, store and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Only submit content you are allowed to share. The game’s code, branding and assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable third-party licenses.
Real-world names, organizations or equipment references do not imply an endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated. This is a video game; simulated results are not official real-world tournament records.
Availability
Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, network failures or other reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Leaving and contacting us
You may stop using the service at any time. Account settings include deletion and email preference controls. For questions, privacy requests or concerns, contact the operator.
